Welcome to xTID ("xTID," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Germany, providing educational credential verification services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://xtid.io), platform, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
By using xTID’s Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
xTID offers a blockchain-based platform (using Hyperledger Fabric) to verify educational credentials, primarily for German institutions verifying Indian credentials. Services include document upload, verification, and report generation, subject to availability and pilot programs (e.g., September 2025).
You agree to: (a) provide accurate credential data, (b) use the Services only for lawful purposes, and (c) comply with GDPR and local privacy laws. You are responsible for divtaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Services may be offered via subscription or per-verification. Pilot participants may receive discounted rates. Payments are processed securely, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All content, trademarks, and technology (including blockchain implementations) on xTID’s platform are owned by xTID or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.
xTID is not liable for indirect damages arising from Service use, including data loss, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained for legal compliance but will not be accessible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Heilbronn, Germany.
